The -mosccal option can be used to calibrate the
oscillator for some PIC10/12/16 devices.
When using this option, the compiler will generate code which will
calibrate the oscillator using the calibration constant preprogrammed in the device. The
option -mno-osccal will omit the code that performs this initialization
from the runtime startup code.
