Any objects saved by software are automatically restored by software before the interrupt function returns. The order of restoration is the reverse of that used when context is saved.
If the software stack is in use, the context restoration code will also restore the stack pointer register so that it is accessing the area of the stack used before the interrupt occurred. See Object Size Limits for more information on the software stack.
