The -fasmfile option enables assembler optimizations on
hand-written assembly source files, but has no effect on intermediate assembly output
produced from C source by the code generator. Although this option is always selectable,
the actual optimizations performed will depend on whether you have a licensed or unlicensed
compiler. By default hand-written assembly source code is not optimized.
