The AC has one positive input and one negative input. The output of the
comparator is ‘1’ when the difference between the positive and the
negative input voltage is positive, and ‘0’ otherwise. This output is
available on the output pin (OUT) through a logic XOR gate. This allows the inversion of
the OUT pin when the INVERT bit in the MUX Control (ACn.MUXCTRL) register is
‘1’.
To avoid random output and set a specific level on the OUT pin during the ACn initialization, the INITVAL bit in the same register is used.
