Installing the AVR IoT Google Sensor Node Library

To install the MPLAB® Code Configurator Plugin:

  1. 1.In MPLAB X IDE, select Plugins from the Tools menu.
  2. 2.Select the Available Plugins tab.
  3. 3.Check the box for the MPLAB® Code Configurator v5, and click on Install.

To install the library using Content Manager Tool (CMT):

  1. 1.Open MPLAB® Code Configurator v5 from the Tools/Embedded menu.
  2. 2.Choose content type as Select MCC Classic from Content Manager tab.
  3. 3.Under the "Optional" section, tick the box beside AVR IoT Google Sensor Node.
  4. 4.Click Finish from MCC Content Manager Wizard.

To switch the library version in an existing project:

  1. 1.Open MPLAB® Code the Tools/Embedded menu.
  2. 2.Click on Content Manager next to Device Resources panel.
  3. 3.Expand Libraries component, look up AVR IoT Google Sensor Node and choose required version.
  4. 4.Click Apply.

To install the AVR IoT Google Sensor Node Library offline:

  1. 1.Open the MPLAB Code Configurator page: https://www.microchip.com/mcc .
  2. 2.Select the MPLAB Code Configurator Downloads tab
  3. 3.Download AVR IoT Google Sensor Node (avrIoTGoogleSensorNode-2.0.2.mc3lib).
  4. 4.In the MPLAB® X IDE, select Options from the Tools menu
  5. 5.Select MPLAB® Code Configurator v5.x tabfrom Plugins option
  6. 6.Click on Install Library
  7. 7.Browse to the location where you saved the avrIoTGoogleSensorNode-2.0.2.mc3lib, select and click Open
  8. 8.Restart MPLAB® X IDE
