Bit 1 – VDDIO3MD: VDDIO3 Supply Mode

VDDIO3 Supply Mode

1 Dual Supply mode, POR in VDDIO3 domain is armed by BOR in VDDIO3 domain. All analog functions are disabled on VDDIO3 pins except for I2C and I3C®.
0 Single Supply mode, POR and BOR in VDDIO3 domain are disabled. All analog functions are available on VDDIO3 pins unless otherwise restricted.
