An event channel can be connected to one of the event generators. Event channels support either asynchronous generators or synchronous generators.
The source for each asynchronous event channel is configured by writing to the respective Asynchronous Channel n Input Selection (EVSYS.ASYNCCHn) register.
The source for each synchronous event channel is configured by writing to the respective Synchronous Channel n Input Selection (EVSYS.SYNCCHn) register.
