Page Erase Program Memory

The Page Erase Program Memory command will erase an individual page based on the current address of the Program Counter. If the program memory is code-protected, the Page Erase Memory command will be ignored. The Bulk Erase command must be used to erase code-protected memory.

The Flash memory page defined by the current PC will be erased. The user must wait TERAS for erasing to be complete (see Figure 1). Page Erase may be used for the program memory and User ID regions only. The configuration and data regions must be erased with the Bulk Erase method.
