The Charge Pump Ready Status (CPRDY) bit indicates whether or not the charge pump is ready for use. When
CPRDY is set (CPRDY = 1), the charge pump has reached a steady-state
operation and is ready for use. When CPRDY is clear (CPRDY = 0), the
charge pump is either in the OFF state or has not reached a steady-state operation.
