In Transmit mode, the Acknowledge Status (ACKSTAT) bit is cleared when the client has sent an Acknowledge (ACK = 0),
and is set when the client issues a NACK. A client sends an ACK
when it has recognized its address (including a General Call), or when the client has
properly received its data.
