This document describes how to use the unitary Auto-Test software.
The Auto-Test software provides information about the presence of the devices embedded in the SAM9X60D1G‑I/LZB (SAM9X60 SOM) module.
This tool can be used by the customer if an embedded device malfunction is suspected.
