The Auto-Test software package includes various folders and one executable file. Their hierarchy must be maintained to ensure proper functionality of the SAM-BA tool.
Select a folder and copy the zip file into it. Unzip the Auto-Test software package in the folder.
Note: In this application note, this folder
will be referred to as "%DIR_PATH%".
