User Voltage Detectors

Each device supply rail—VDD (1.0 V), VDD18 (1.8 V), and VDD25 (2.5 V)—is equipped with a voltage detector, which triggers an alarm when the supply voltage falls below a minimum level and/or raises above a maximum level. For proper operation of the VDD voltage detector, VDD must be set to 1.0 V. The alarm condition is passed directly to the fabric. The alarm condition is cleared by asserting the event clear signal from the fabric. The threshold levels on the detectors are set in the factory.
