Device Information Area (DIA)

The Device Information Area (DIA) is a dedicated region in the Program Flash Memory. The data is mapped from address 8100h to 811 Fh. These locations are read-only and cannot be erased or modified. The DIA contains the Microchip Unique Identifier words, and the FVR voltage readings in millivolts (mV). Table 1 holds the DIA information for the PIC16F152 family of microcontrollers.
