Active Clock Tuning can be suspended by setting the ACT Update Disable (ACTUD) bit of the ACTCON register. While in this mode, the ACT module is still enabled but no longer updates the OSCTUNE register. The user cannot write to the OSCTUNE register while ACTUD and ACTEN are set.
