Power-Up Considerations
After power-up, the device is kept in reset until the power has stabilized throughout the device.
VDD and AVDD must have the same supply sequence, and must be connected together.
Minimum and maximum VDD/AVDD rise and falling rates can be found in the Power Supply Electrical Specifications from the Electrical Characteristics chapter.
