1.15.1 XLP Power Mode Does Not Work as Expected
Extended Ultra Low-Power Mode (VREGPM[1:0] = 'b11), which is recommended for
applications operating above 85°C, does not work as expected.
Work Around
Use the Ultra Low-Power Mode (VREGPM[1:0] = 'b10) for the operating
temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
