8.6 SIGROW - Signature Row

The content of the Signature Row (SIGROW) fuses is preprogrammed and read-only. SIGROW contains information such as device ID, serial number, and calibration values.

All the AVR32/16DD14/20 devices have a three-byte device ID that identifies the device. The device ID can be read using the Unified Program and Debug Interface (UPDI), also when a device is locked. The device ID for the AVR32/16DD14/20 devices consists of three signature bytes, as shown in the following table.
