50 Extended Temperature Electrical Characteristics (125°C)

This section provides an overview of the PIC32CM LE00/LS00/LS60 family electrical characteristics for devices running up to 125ºC. Additional information will be provided in future revisions of this document as it becomes available.

The specifications for Extended Temperature are identical to those shown in Electrical Characteristics, with the exception of the parameters listed in this chapter.

Absolute maximum ratings for the PIC32CM LE00/LS00/LS60 family of devices are listed below. Exposure to these maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. Functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions, above the parameters indicated in the operation listings of this specification, is not implied.
