Introduction
This document offers comprehensive guidance on evaluating the platform, setting up the development environment, and exploring application examples. It is intended to support users in developing products with the PIC32CX-BZ6 and PIC32WM-BZ6 devices.
Users can evaluate the development platform by running the preprogrammed demo example or by executing the provided precompiled application examples. The precompiled application examples consist of both basic and advanced applications. The basic application examples, also known as building blocks, offer users with fundamental Bluetooth® Low Energy applications that cover individual concepts such as legacy and extended advertisement and data transfer using a profile and service. The advanced applications demonstrate more complex applications that involve multiple digital/analog peripherals running in parallel while maintaining a Bluetooth Low Energy link.
It is recommended to begin by running the preprogrammed demo, then proceed to install the toolchain and additional application examples. Users should try out the precompiled examples that align with their interests before starting their own development by selecting the most suitable application example as a foundation.
The following table provides a list of resources available and a summary of information the sections cover in this documentation.
