2.9.4.1 Device Specific Data in OTP Emulation Mode

As explained in the Device Specific Data for User Application section, the ROM code writes a specific device data buffer into the internal SRAM0 before launching a bootstrap or the SAM-BA Monitor (this can be deactivated in the Boot Configuration Packet).

When the OTP Emulation mode is enabled, the ROM code can also copy these data into the OTP Emulation SECURAM, making them available as OTP packets directly accessible through OTPC packet read commands.

This feature can be disabled by writing the correct pattern in the EMUL_EN bits of the Boot Sequence Controller Configuration register (BSC_CR). Refer to the section Boot Sequence Controller (BSC) for a detailed description.
