3 Conclusion

The MIPI CTS serves as a valuable resource for ensuring that an I3C device operates correctly on an I3C bus. The PIC18-Q20 family is the first family of Microchip’s 8-bit microcontrollers that features I3C target support. Testing conducted with the PGY-I3C-EX-PD hardware, developed by Prodigy Technovations, revealed that the initial public silicon revision of the PIC18-Q20 has been found to pass all target CTS tests, with a few exceptions. These exceptions have been addressed in revisions C0 and later.
