7.3 Verifying the Provisioning Status

After the device has been switched to Secure Boot mode and provisioned, its secure boot configuration can be verified by reading back the Secure Boot Configuration Packet:

sam-ba -p secure --device sam9x60 -a bootconfig -c readcfg:sbcp-otp

At this stage, the locking mechanism described in Locking the Secure Boot Mode Configuration and Locking Secure Boot Mode can be applied to ensure that the current configuration cannot be reverted and the security mechanism cannot be bypassed.
