36.7 Interrupts
The ADC module supports interrupts triggered from a variety of sources that can be processed individually or globally. An early interrupt feature is also available to compensate for interrupt servicing latency.
After an enabled interrupt is generated, the CPU jumps to the vector assigned to that interrupt. The CPU begins executing code at the vector address. The user software at this vector address must perform the required operations, such as processing the data results, clearing the interrupt flag, then exiting.
