1.2.13 ACKP and ACKPOS Bits Are Not Functional for Private Read and I²C Read/Write Transactions

The ACKP and ACKPOS bits are operational only for I3C Private Write transactions. The bits are not functional for I3C Private Read transactions or I²C Read/Write transactions.
