3.3.2 e.MMC Memory
The SAMA7G54-EK supports e.MMC NAND Flash memory through its Secure Digital Multimedia Controller (SDMMC), and the board implements an S40FC004C1B1C00000, 32-Gb e.MMC NAND Flash to provide a 4-Gbyte memory space.

To enable booting on e.MMC, the PA14 I/O must be grounded. A circuitry is available on the SAMA7G54-EK board to enable/disable boot from e.MMC. See Disable Boot for more details.
