6.1.9.41 Public Directive

The PUBLIC identifier_list directive declares a list of comma-separated symbols. It acts in the same way as the GLOBAL directive (see Global Directive) but with the additional constraint that any symbols defined cannot also have been specified with the EXTRN directive.
