The bit n of EXTINT disables the interrupt associated with the EXTINTn pin.
Writing a ‘0’ to bit n has no effect.
Writing a ‘1’ to bit n will clear the External
Interrupt Enable bit n, which disables the external interrupt EXTINTn.
