Scope

This user guide introduces the SAM9X75 Curiosity Hybrid (SAM9X75 cHybrid) kit and describes the development and debugging capabilities running on Microchip® SAM9 Arm®-based embedded microprocessors (MPUs). The SAM9X75 cHybrid features a SAM9X75D2G device, which is part of Microchip’s class of Hybrid MCU products that enable development with MPU capabilities in traditional MCU applications. The SAM9X75D2G is a System-in-Package (SiP) that embeds a SAM9 Arm MPU with 2 Gbits of embedded DDR3L DRAM in a 16x16 mm BGA package. This kit is one of several hardware vehicles available for evaluating the SAM9X7 Series of MPU devices.
