R_J-A Impact on T_{A_MAX}

As an example, the figure below shows the simulation result T_A = f(T_J) of two boards running the same software as in Use Case 2 (iPerf test on Typical part). For the first board, the simulation condition is R_J-A  = 20°C/W and for the second one, R_J-A = 40°C/W.

The ambient temperature (T_{A_MAX}) for which T_J = 105°C is extracted in both cases. T_{A_MAX} is 83°C for the first board and 62°C for the second one.
