Experiment Description

The boards are placed in an oven to characterize their responses (T_J and P_TOT) to an ambient temperature (T_A) sweep. For characterization purposes only, the oven temperature is increased until T_J = 125°C, which exceeds the maximum specified range (105°C). This limit must not be exceeded during normal operation of the device.

• No cooling system and no air flow is provided.
• VDDCPU = 1.05V, VDDCORE = 1.15V
• CPU frequency = 90 MHz (the Linux kernel reduces the CPU clock when the activity is low. See Appendix A).
• All clocks are activated.
• Linux thermal control is disabled.
