The ADC conversion result can be supplied in two formats: Left justified or right
justified. The FM bit controls the output format as shown in the figure below.

Important: Writes to the

pair are always right justified, regardless of the selected format mode. Therefore, a
data read after writing to ADRES when FM =

will be shifted left
