1.3 Pulse Measurement

This section will describe how to measure a single pulse of both periodic and non-periodic waveforms. Solutions that require a periodic source involve a pulse measurement that is subtracted from its period until the pulse value is smaller than the period. This method can be employed in situations when it is impossible to trigger on a rising edge and then set up for a falling event due to software speed limitations.
