3.4 Enhanced Code Protection

Enhanced code protection allows the device to be protected from unauthorized access. NVM access to the program memory necessary for code execution is unaffected by any code protection setting. The following code protection configurations are available on this device:

Program Flash Memory (PFM) code protection
Data EEPROM code protection
Memory Write protection
Programming and Debugging Interface Disable (PDID)
