Microchip’s AVR microcontrollers contain on-chip, in-system reprogrammable Flash memory
for program storage. All AVR instructions are 16 or 32 bits wide; therefore, the Flash
is set with 16-bit width. The following table provides the endurance and data retention
of Flash for each product.
