2.2 EEPROM Data Memory
Data EEPROM is organized as a separate data space where a single byte can be read and
written. Access from the CPU to EEPROM is performed through the EEPROM Address Register,
the EEPROM Data Register and the EEPROM Control Register. The following table provides
the endurance and data retention of EEPROM for each product.
Product Name | Endurance | Data Retention (years) |
---|---|---|
ATA5831, ATA5832, ATA5833, ATA8510, ATA8515, ATA8710 | 200000/80000 (25°C / 105°C) | 15 |
ATA5781, ATA5782, ATA8210, ATA8215 | 200000/80000 (25°C / 105°C) | 15 |
ATA5700, ATA5702 | 200000/80000 (25°C / 105°C) | 15 |
