Workaround

Momentarily give the DPLL a selected reference that is an integer multiple of 0.25 Hz before changing the DPLL mode or state to freerun mode, forced holdover mode, or holdover state. Then the configured frequency can be changed for the REF that has had or will have configured frequency that is not an integer multiple of 0.25 Hz.
