19.3.2.2 Voltage Measurement

V_DDIO2 is available as an internal input channel to the ADC. The voltage is divided by 10 to allow the use of any internal ADC reference. To measure V_DDIO2, follow these steps:

• Configure the voltage reference for the ADC
• Select V_DDIO2 as the positive input to the ADC
• Run a single-ended ADC conversion
• Calculate the voltage using the following equation:
  $V_{\text{DDIO2}}=\frac{\text{ADC Result}\times V_{\text{REF}}\times 10}{\text{ADC Resolution}}$
