Bits 6:0 – RXPL[6:0] Receiver Pulse Length
By leaving this register value to '0', filtering is disabled. Setting this value between 0x01 and 0xFF will enable filtering, where x+1 equal samples are required for the pulse to be accepted.
RXPL must be configured before USART receiver is enabled (RXEN).
