6.5 EEPROM Data Memory
The ATtiny1617/3217 has 256 bytes of EEPROM data memory, see Memory Map section. The EEPROM memory supports single byte read and write. The EEPROM is controlled by the Nonvolatile Memory Controller (NVMCTRL).
