5.2.5.7 Maximum Sampling Frequency

The maximum sampling frequency of 1 Msps can be reached when the following conditions are met:

• Only one channel is enabled. Ex.: ADC_CHSR=1, 2, 4, 8, 16.
• Continuous mode is selected (ADC_TRGR.TRGMOD=6).
• The impedance of the analog source driving the ADC input allows ADC_MR.TRACKTIM=0.
• The ADCCLK clock frequency is configured to 1 Msps x 20 via the prescaler (ADC_MR.PRESCAL) of the source clock (the peripheral clock is driven by a generic clock, GCK). The minimum prescaler is 2.
