10.5.5 Programming using IPECMD.exe

Image(*.hex) file can be programmed into the device

Hardware Requirements

  • One WBZ351 Curiosity Board

  • USB Cables

  • PC

Software Requirements

  • MPLABX IDE/IPE

  • MicrochipUtilityTool.exe

Procedure

  • Follow the steps highlighted in the following picture

  • Click Browse File and select an image file.

  • Selected file appears in the File Text Box.

  • Click on Flash

  • Wait for Programming to complete

    • Status: Done

  • MPLABX IPE must be installed on the PC.
