3.1 Digital Buffer Disable

Most of the I/O on the microcontroller has a bit that sets whether the I/O pin is analog or digital. When Analog mode, the digital input buffers shut down to reduce power consumption and improve analog signal integrity. But, if the I/O pin is in Analog mode for a digital signal, the I/O input registers will be undetermined, regardless of the actual I/O state.
