9.12.9 PolarFire SoC MSS I/O Attributes

These I/O attributes are valid only for MSS I/Os and are read only in the I/O Editor. These MSS I/O attributes appear on the right side of the default I/O attributes and are visible even when there is no MSS being used in the design.

Reference Clock
