1.7.2 Memory Allocation

The PRIME 1.4 Service Modem application is generated with RAM and ROM allocations following the indications of the PRIME Library, tuned for the limited memory of the SAMD20 device.

Because the application runs behind the external memory bootloader, it is linked from Flash offset 0x2000, and the top of the internal Flash is reserved for the emulated EEPROM. For the full internal Flash map, see Memory Allocation in the PRIME Bootloader (External Memory).
