2.8.1 Waveform Output Corrupted if Re-Trigger Event and Channel Compare Match Occur at the Same Time
If a re-trigger event (EVCTRL.EVACTn = 0x1, RETRIGGER) and a Channel Compare Match [n] occur at the same time, the next Waveform Output [n] is corrupted.
Work Around
Use two channels to store two successive (n and n+1) Channel n Compare/Capture (CC) register values. Combine their corresponding waveform outputs to achieve signal redundancy.
