4.7.1 MPLAB X IDE and VS Code Option Equivalents

The descriptions in the following sections map the controls in the Project Properties for both MPLAB X IDE and the MPLAB Tools for VS Code to their corresponding command-line options. A link to the relevant section in the user's guide is provided to learn more about the feature that the option controls.

In the MPLAB X IDE, click any option to see online help and examples shown in the Option Description field in the lower part of the dialog. See also Options Page Features for features common to all option dialogs.

In VS Code, verbose descriptions of the options are provided next to the control itself.
