3 Impedance Matching/Transformation

The matching of an impedance can also be known as transformation. The impedance is transformed to another value so that the result matches to the given value according to the maximum power transfer theorem explained earlier.

Matching to a given 50Ω impedance (matching to a 50Ω antenna)
Transformation to system impedance (the defined matching point between two complex impedances)
Complex conjugate matching (matching of power amplifier)
