TX Power Control Concept
The initial RF transmission power level is set to the highest value stored in the OTP (One-Time Programmable) memory.
The BLE_GAP_ReadFactoryTxPowerLevel function allows applications to retrieve the factory-set maximum and minimum RF transmission power levels.
Applications can specify the RF transmission power levels for advertising or connection channels using the BLE_GAP_SetAdvTxPowerLevel and BLE_GAP_SetConnTxPowerLevel functions, respectively.
When the BLE Stack Extended Advertising module is active, the transmission power for advertising packets can be customized for each advertising instance with the BLE_GAP_SetExtAdvParams function.
The RF transmission power level will be dynamically optimized by the BLE stack within the predetermined factory range when both connected devices support the LE Power Control feature, ensuring it stays within the ideal RF power parameters.
