1.7 Known Issues

1	WINC Library may not compile under XC8 optimization level 0 for certain devices due to memory constraints. Optimization level 1 or higher is recommended.	8-bit PIC and AVR devices
2	“Crypto accelerator” is not supported due to buffer size memory restriction. Compilation will fail if hardware of software crypto accelerator is enabled.	8-bit PIC devices
3	1% of Enterprise conversations fail due to the ATWINC15x0 not sending an EAP response. The response is prepared and ready to send but does not appear on the air. After 10 seconds the firmware times-out the connection attempt and the application is notified of the failure to connect. Recommended workaround: Configure the authentication server to retry EAP requests (with interval < 10 seconds). The application should retry the connection request when it is notified of the failure. 4	When upgrading to MPLAB X v6.05/MCC v5.2 on an existing MCC Classic configuration it may be neccessary to update your MCC libraries for some GUIs to display properly. Recommended workaround: Open the MCC configuration. Open the Content Manager from the Device Recources pane. In the Content Manager press "Select Latest Versions" button followed by "Apply" button and it will automatically update all libraries. Restart MCC. Note: You need to have internet access to perfom the updates.	All supported devices
